IES Residential is currently seeking a dedicated Foreman to run our multi-family jobsite in the Austin, Tx area! FULL BENEFITS, TRUCK LEASE & GAS CARD

Location: Job sites in and surrounding the Austin,Tx area

Compensation: 1,200-1,500 Depending on experience

Hours: Full-time

• Oversees projects in multi-family homes.


• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers in accordance with the engineers' specifications and the National Electric Code


• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.


• Maintains working relationship with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades


• Analyzes and resolves work problems


• Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures


• Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person


• Assess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirements


• Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood
